Meet & Greet

HOW DO WE MEET AND GREET?

The service we offer is a private door to door transfer for the number of passengers you have booked.

- We monitor all flight arrivals for a confirmed landing time. We only use official information.

- If your flight is either earlier, or delayed we will meet you at the new confirmed time.

- If your flight is cancelled in advance, we will wait for further instructions from you. (i.e. new flight number/time).

- We will meet you in the arrivals hall, usually 15-25 minutes after the flight has been confirmed to land (unless otherwise agreed). (Our driver may also call or text you)

- We will use a greeting board to display a name of your choice. (Please specify if name is different)

- If we cannot locate you in the arrivals area then we will arrange the reception desk to call your name over the speaker. A further 20 minutes will be given then if we still cannot locate you the driver will leave.

- Once you have been located our driver will assist you with your luggage to the vehicle.

Once you have landed and are in the arrivals lounge please look out for our driver.

All our drivers wear Black Jackets clearly marked ‘CENTRAL’ written in Yellow on the left breast.
